FUELLER:
The Fueller, as named by Bede, is what tranfers the energy from a human partner to their respective Digimon. The whole device is manually controlled and buttons have to be pressed for its applications to work. Fuellers are connected with each other and can be used like walkie-talkies between each other.
Little is known about the origin of the Fueller's at this stage.
DIGIVOLVING:
Is the process of a Digimon changing from one form to another. The process is natural and occurs as the Digimon ages.
However a device, like a Fueller, can cause instantaneous evolution. Where for a period of time a Digimon takes on its higher form but later de-digivolves back to its natural evoled form which is usually Rookie. Severe damage to the Digimon can cause it to de-digivolve further beyond is natural evolution.
AREA:
VAN NUYS:
Van Nuys is the town/city Digimon Fuelled is currently set in. The area has two side, the west side is mostly housing areas and a few community buildings like the High School. The east side is the more active side, home to Mainstreet at Downtown. The area is not to well known outside of it mostly people just pass through as a highway runs through the east side of the city.
MAINSTREET:
Mainstreet is well off as a pit stop from the high way. It is home to a few local businesses and shops, mostly restaurants and bakeries. The street is surprisingly busy considering the closeness of Downtown.
DOWNTOWN:
Downtown is truly the part of Van Nuys that turns it from a town to a city. Downtown is filled with many sky-scraping franchise buildings, shopping malls, apartments and parks. The locals are usually the ones who consume what Downtown offers, as it is not a very exciting tourist spot.The Norman’s Apartment is in the small housing area just outside of the city.

OUTSET ENERGY:
Outset Energy is a large power compay. They work mostly with hydro damns and coal and supply power to most of Van Nuys. The company occupies a lot of the area in the 'back of town' and a large portion of the river.
Little information is known to the public about the history and origins of the company.
